Introduction to machine construction
Bucket: Stainless-seal tank of three-layer structure with stirringand automa-ticconstant temperature-preservation functions.
Pump: Slow-speed, high-accurate flow-control pump with preciseactuating and display devices.
Nozzle: Featuring automatic three position-switching, whichincludes pouring, fl-wintering and flushing, without any advancingor lagging. The nozzle pneumatically dislocates after the pouringwork and then the automatic f-lushing course starts through programcontrol.
Workbench: The die set is positioned on the self-govemed all-aroundworkbench, afterwards. Round or square seal packs or seal pack withspecial figure would be automatically poured.
Control: The temperature, pressure and the extent of pouring wouldall be displayed digitally.
While controlled automatically. The workbench is operated inaccordance with the requirements displayed from computerscreen.
