Features:

1.Maintransmission unit: The main transmission unit iscontrolled by alternating current frequency inverter vector . Theheat beat and rubber-plated mesh roller synchronism adopts swingarms to control its tightness and looseness.Performance: assure thetightness and looseness of the film in the oven tunnel.
2. Material feeding Device:  Group 1 and 2adopt dual stations inching reversing, automatic receiving unit anddual photoelectric edge-correcting device, while thetension adopts automatic tension controlling. Performance: keepevenness of film.

3. Rubber-platedunit:  The anilox rollers controlthe scrapping and inking amount by scraper. The thickness of rubbercan be adjusted freely through the ink scrapers. While the rubberroller adopts dual air cylinder to increase the pressure, whereasthe pressure can be adjusted freely. It is also equipped withrubber-plated film while stopping to lift automatically.
4. Strcture of oven tunnel:  The temperaturein the oven tunnel through three-pace intelligent temperaturecontroller is equipped with inner cycling unit, three-paceindependent hot air drying system, the material-protecting rollerand the hot drum can rotate synchronically, and it is equipped withgas cap heating channel and film getting through operationpanel.
5. Laminating hor drum and press rollerunit:   Laminating hot drum is heated throughthe hot oil to make the temperature of the hot drum evenly, savingelectricity. The pressing roller is controlled by dual air cylinder.While the pressure can be adjusted freely.
6. Material collecting unit:   It adoptsdual station reversing jogging and automatic material collectingwhile the rolling adopts moment motor.
