Machine Function Description
The machine is designed to produce a wide range of rubberproducts such as Soft rubber shoes material, rubber band rubberlogo, etc .
The original proposed scheme which included stepping motor,synchronous belt and one line guide for each axis can not meetthe requirement of customer. According to the requirement ofcustomer, technical improvement has been made. 8 pressure gluebarrels with automatic mixing and eight dispensing valves areadded. Thus, the load of three axes is increased. In order to meetthe functionality of the machine and to ensure precision, we putforward a new scheme, which includes servomotors instead of stepmotors, high precision ball screws, and dual-guide for each axis,guarantees the precision of the machine and meets the technicalrequirements.
