ProductIntroduction:

 

Themachine is integrated with international advancedelectronic original components with PLC and aChinese touch screen displayer.

 

Itworks in two modes: normal feeding and pressurefeeding of material, and the two modes can beswitched as the structure and form of the mould. It isopitional for full automatic, semi-automatic and manual operatingmethod.

 

Themachine is driven by hydraulic pressure with afast/slow differential system to ensure theprecise time for mould opening and closing in aneconomized time and stableoperation.

 

Various ofheating methods can be optionally used as per the product form soas to ensure the product quality. A vacuum and negative pressuresystem can ensure a low water content,rapid shaping, and short dryingperiod (or without drying).
