* PLCController The MG series use the latest controltechnology. This high-performance control system provides the idealcommunication between the injection molding machine and theoperator. The uniform operating concept and logical, clearstructure of the functions make machine operation easy anduser-oriented.

* PET InjectionUnit Optimized special L/D 25:1 screw, requiringa longer machine base, is driven by a high output motor fordramatically improving the plasticizing of the PET material toensure the quality of the PET pre-form. Increased ejector forceconsistently ensures the finished parts are automaticallyejected.

* ClampingSystem The optuimized kinematics of the proved 5-point toggle representeconomical speed and power processes. This allows high sensitivityin the opening and closing processes and protects injection mouldsfrom excessive wear and tear. The fast mold closing device isoptimized to shorten the cycle time.

* AutomaticMould Height Adjustment Unit Automatic Mould-height adjustment by hydraulic motor through thegears system ensures fast and constant settings to different moldheight, achieve platen parallelism and consistent tonnage. Thephotocell detects function to insure the high precision.

* HydraulicSystem The energy-saving hydraulics are fitted with sound reduced and aremade of high-quality components. They allow much greater forces tobe transferred and enable very uniform and precision movements ofthe machine.
