Usage:
The machine is suitable for making all sizepackaging containers, in open-type with thin-wall, by usingroll-sheet(PVC HIPS PET), under high-speed vacuum suction-formingprocessing. The products out of this machine are widely used in thepackage of foods, native-products, tourist-goods, textile, medical,toy cosmetic, electrical elements and daily used hard-ware, etc. Itis special fit to make mould-samples for the plastic suctionmanufacturer.
Structure Features:
1.The machine has the advantage of three in one drive, manualcontrol is easy to operate the machine and easy to do themaintenance.
2.Easy to pull the sheet, less of the wasted material, saving thesheet.
3.It is fit the moulds both convex and concave shape. The qualityof the products are high and stable. The forming depth is big.
4.Far-extra-red way-heating-vacuum-block is used in the heater,auto temperature control adopted, so the heating is even. Theconsumption of power is low.
5.Aucuppy area of the machine is small, the forming area is large,it is economic and useful.
