Safety assurance:
1.Setting hydraulic pressure safety lock.
When the power is down suddenly or the cover is opened in place, the top cover will automatically lock in the current position and not fall, which ensure the safety of operator.
2.Setting emergency button switches.
Pressing it when the accident happens. The laminator will cut off the main power supply and top cover will remain in situ. Guaranteeing that the accident has been solved and treated.
3.Alarm system:
setting over-temperature alarm, oil starvation alarm, up-vacuum alarm, down-vacuum alarm, water shortage alarm, totally five sets of warning device to ensure the accuracy and normal of working state and increase finished product yield.
4.Setting emergency opening device.
When power off suddenly, the top cover of laminator can be opened and the components can be taken out and reprocessed, which solved the problem that the components couldn be processed in time and become scrap because of power down for a long time.
5.Equipment control circuit uses low-voltage control which can provide convenience for maintenance personnel and increase the security factor.
Structure features:
1.Touch screen steering structure. Leading technology, pretty appearance, compact structure, and convenient operation.
2.The seal ring is placed overhead to extend the service life.
3.Power arm balancing and lifting structure makes the opening and closing of upper room more stable and safer.
4.Anti-fold structure of the rubber plate could extend the service life of the rubber plate.
5.Use finishing thick steel plate as heating platform. In the lower part of this platform a full closed oil circulation system is adopted which ensures the uniformity and controllability of temperature when packaging the components.
