7. Screw components and core shaft
1) Barrel with modularstructure is made of anti-wear material lined with α-101 alloybush. The screw components are made of high quality high speed toolsteel, W6MO5Cr4V2. The screw core shaft is made of 40CrNiMoA, andthe screw thread components connect with the core shaft in aninvolute curve, which features high intensity, large load and easydisassembly and assembly.
2) Screw components aredesigned using building block principle, which can be optimallyadjusted according to your material property and processrequirements.
8. Gearbox
1) The compact hostmachine features integrated speed reduction and torque transferwith a design of parallel three axles. NSK bearings are used inreducer, torque transfer device and as the radial bearing in theoutput shaft.
2) Rotation speed of thescrew: MAX600RPM
3) Oil-immersedLubrication system is adopted. Low oil level and over pressureautomatic alarm system contributes to the high efficiency of thegearbox.
4) The gearbox is castin ductile cast iron materials, thus our gearbox features rigid,steady and safe.
5) Gear: the precisionof gears is of the 7th class, our high-speed and heavy-duty gearsystem is made of 20CrNi2MoA, HRC58—62.
9. There are totally five temperature controlsections. The 2nd and 3rd sections are cast aluminum heaters, theother cast copper. The barrel uses soft water cooling.Electromagnetic valves are DANFOSS products.

7) Heating is controlledby a solid-state relay, using heat-resistant wire which will abidegreat heat(MAX800°C).
8) The electric controlcabinet controls the temperature control system, the driving systemand the interlock control system.
