1. Overview ( aluminiumalloy tanker production line)

Automatic Tanker manufacturing production line includes the plate joint welding process, rolling the aluminum alloy plate into round cylinder, dish head spinning to form, assembling dish head and tanker-forming, which can be integrated controlled as well as the manufacturing technology compiling, manufacturing plan arrangement, manufacturing process monitor, manufacturing and material management.

     This automatic production line adopts plasma arc welding which is of advanced welding technology called one-side welding with back formation and it can solve the problem of tanker leakage. it combined with automatic technology and information technology perfectly and the main equipments used in the line are large-scale plate joint welding machine, plate turning over machine, CNC plate rolling machine, longitudinal welding machine, dish head spinning machine, girth welding and feeding conveyor and etc. It can integrate the digital control equipment to Independent development of the remote central control system through spot communication network by using I/O scattering communication way, which realize the tanker automatic manufacturing and shorten the manufacturing time as well as increase the manufacturing efficiency.

It is applicable to the production of a variety of vehicles such as tank: tank truck, powder trucks,  chemical tanks, concrete mixers,  insulation truck, tank truck,  cement mixer, asphalt tankers,  milk tankers, Sprinklers cars,  oil delivery trucks, beer car.

4. The introduction for main equipment in the whole production line

4.1 plate joint welding

The plate joint welding is used to weld a few pieces aluminum plate together and it makes the preparation for rolling.

 

 

 

 

 

 

4.2 foundations: the foundation (pit) is mainly used to store and turn over the plate finish joint welding

 

4.3 plate turning machine:

 

 Plate turning machine is mainly used to splice welded aluminum upside down, according to the technical requirements, the weld must be raised outward (in the tank outside)

 

 

 

 

.4 CNC 4 roller plate rolling machine: 

The rolling machine is used to roll the aluminum plate into round cylinder, and it is key equipment to the tanker forming and for the whole production line. According to the dimension customer offered, we consider to choose one CNC four-roller plate rolling machine to finish rolling the round tanker body

 

 

 

 

4.5 welding rotator : Major work inside the cylinder plate cylinder repair welds polished plate and cylinder liner board storage. 

 

 

4.6 dish head spinning machine:

 

The dish head spinning machine is used to spin the aluminum plate into the needed dish head, and then the dish order will be set on the round cylinder to form the tanker body. And compare with dish head folding machine, the dish head spinning machine is much proper for this production line:

 

When finish rolling, all the round cylinder should be put on the rotator guide rail to make transportation and work as platforms for each station 

 

4.8 Longitudinal seam welding: the longitudinal seam welding machine is mainly used to weld the tank seam closed longitudinally. Since it is not convenient and flexible to take the cylinder back to the plate joint welding equipment to finish the longitudinal welding, which waste the time and burden the plate joint welding machine as well. And more over, it will increase the budget cost if we purchase another plate joint welding machine, so we consider this welding work can be finished on the rotator.
