Calcium superphosphate (SSP) is akind of phosphate fertilizer which is produced from the decomposedphosphate rock and sulfuric acid. Effective P2O5 contained in theproduct is 14%-20%. SSP is water soluble with grey or whiteappearance, which can be used as phosphate fertilizer or theingredient of compound fertilizer.
Phosphate rock is transported tocrushers to be broken down the small lumps, Crushed phosphate rockis unloaded to ball mill mixing with clean water by wet grindingoperation to make phosphate rock slurry, which make reaction withsulfuric acid in the mixer. After the end of the curing period, itis the product calcium superphosphate.Fluorinated waste gasexhausted from mixer and curing chamber will flow into absorber,absorbed by water becomes into fluorosilicic acidsolution.Fluorosilicic acid reacts with sodium chloride brine inthe reactor, formed sodium fluosilicate crystal.
