1.Thismachine adopts PLC programmable controller and touching screen tocarry out automatic production from feeding, temperature control,ration pressurizing and feeding.
2.Top-gradesealing foaming with constant pressure, high thermal efficiency,save 50% steam or above than continuous foaming machine
3.Adopthigh-precision imported pneumatic control valve so that temperaturecan be controlled at ±1%, EPS grains are at same level with lowwater content.
4.Correctfeeding method can assure even density

B. EPS block moldingmachine
1. It iswelded by high-quality shape steel and treated in an effective waywhich can bring a high strength, non-deformation and highresistance to the expansive force from high-densityproducts.
2. Themachine adopts PLC and touch screen for automatic mould opening ,mould closing , material feeding , steaming , temperature keeping ,air cooling , de-moulding and ejecting;
3. Thesurface of the mould is made of special aluminum ally which canrealize a high efficiency of heat conduction, favorable tensilestrength and long service life.
4. Adoptingadvanced moulding technique , the machine is applicable to produceblocks of high-density and low-density and can ensure same qualityof inside and outside block
