1.MainFeatures and application
YF series PVC profile extrusionline is mainly used for extrusion of PVC window and door
profile, wood-plastic profile,plintus , wall panel and ceiling panel, electrical conduit trunkingchanel, decorating profile etc.
The whole production lineincludes conical twin screw extruder, vacuum calibration table,haul-off unit, cutting unit, film-sticking device, and stacker,According to different profile section and mode design, variedmodes of conical twin screw extruder is adopted forextrusion.
Vacuum calibration table adoptspowerful turbo cooling system, in order to achieve satifactorycooling effect, according to different design of moulds, thecalibration table length can be optional as 4m, 6m, 8m, 10m to meetthe requirements of high speed extrusion.
Haul-off unit adopts speciallifting technology, and has the features of stable running,reliable working, reasonable design, powerful hauling , etc. themoving speed of cutting unit is synchronized with hauling speed,through presetting , the cutting unit is capable for automaticcutting with fixed length, dust recycling device is alsoequipped.

Delivery time: 40-50 days from the receipt of down payment
Payment: 30% down payment by T/T, 70% before shipment by T/T

Test: If the buyer need to test the contracted machines at sellers factory, the buyer should supply the material for testing, or the seller buy the material locally on buyer’s account.
Start-up: One experienced technician of seller will be dispatched to the buyer’s factory, and the cost for visa and come-and-back air tickets ,accommodation, eating will be undertook by the buyer, and the buyer should pay US$50 per day to the engineer.
Warranty: The main equipment has 12months guarantee time since the date of installation accomplishment at the buyer’s plant and after the beginning of the production at the buyer’s plant.
