The line represents the improveddesign of double-bubble forming heat-shrinkable blown filmtechnology. The system features advanced mandrel concentric die andinternal bubble cooling system, irfrared radant heaters andtemperature measurement modular, tension control system andfour-station central rotating winder etc.
The line excels at producing POF shrinkable film with PP/PE/PPstructure. The film product has excellent properties, such as hightransparency, low temperature resistance, temperature resistance,twisting resistance and high shrinkable ratio.
