Characteristic

 1.Thisvulcanizing machine is used for all kinds of vulcanizing mould,rubber and plastic mould products, and non-mouldproducts.

2.Being acolumn structure and downward pressing type,   mainlycomposed by the host, hydraulic pressure halt, electric controlgroup.the heating plate opens by the self-weight of the heatingplate, platform and plunger. The rising of the plunger makes theheating plate close while the hydraulic oil provides thepressure.

3.Thisengine base is combined together with the cylinder and base frame,which is made of ductile iron to increase the cylinder intensityand a brad ability. The cylinder is fitted with the sealing washermade of the oil-resisting rubber for the sealingpurpose.

4.By movingthe operational handle of the control valve to the two differentpositions, the heating plate can open and close.

5.It usesthe electric pipe for heating, thus makes the workshop clean witheasy and reliable operation.
