1. Main Driving Parts: ACmotor with inverter is employed and the acceleration and thedeceleration are fast and steady .
2. Central Control Unit:programmable central control is used and various sizes can be seton the same shaft for automatic transfer and cutting .
3. Operating Panel: allfunctions are operated on the LCD touch panel.
4. Cutting Roll PositioningSystem: cutting roll positioning is controlled by the servo motor.The imported high precision ball screw is applied to set the sizeand the linear slide rail is to bear the load of the utter seat.
5. Auto Adjusting of theCircular Blade Angle: the servo motor is used to calculate thecircular blade angle and the angle change is subject to differentmaterials (the angle change range is /-80) .The cutting angle ischanged directly when the cutting surface is not smooth, so theefficiency is improved.
