1.Description

 SMSseries metalseparators are highly sensitive andaccurate in detecting and separating metal grains,such as steel, iron, copper, aluminium, lead, tin, and so on. Itcan be installeddirectly on injection moulding machine or(extruders) hoppers to protect the screw of machine from the damagecaused by hard metals. There are four models of the series:SMS-35~100, processing capacity can reach up to 400L/hr~12, 000L/hrto meet any specific requirement.

 

2.Feature

  (1)Fast separating all the metals from the material. 
  The minimum detectable diameter of the metals can be assmall as 0.4 mm. The accuracy is adjustable according to the actualneeds. 
  (2)Compact design, easy to install and simple tooperate. 
  (3)Mount directly on injection moulding machine or extruderhoppers to protect facilities from the damage caused by hardmetals. 
  (4)Standard equipped with a 12 litres hopper andhorse. 
  (5)Specific size of hoppers and stands can be customized tomeet any requirement. 
Upon request, it can be built to comply with worldwide electricalsafety standards (For example : CE, UL, CSA, JIS etc.).
