"Jingcheng"3(5)FM series three(five)-layer coextrusion wide-sizefilm blowing machine set is composed of three(five) set s ofextruders, three(five)-layer compounding die head, cooling airring, hauling machine, cooling machine, temperature and electriccontrol system, etc.It is mainly used to produce three(five)-layercompounding agricultural  greenhouse film and agriculturalmuti-functional greenhouse film.After changing certain components,it also can produce impermeable membrane and geomembrane.Thisseries of machine set has the following structural and supportingcharacteristics:

 

1.The screw and barrel of the extruders are uniquely designed byour company, and are processed by famous domestic professionalmanufacturer.It is matched with enforced transferring bushing.Ithas good plasticization property and high output.

2.The reliable hard surface gear box has properties of lownoise, high driving efficiency, stable running and long servicelife.

3.It adopts cylindrical type filter.The screen changing periodis 7-8 times of common screen changing type.It not only makes upthe defect of material leakage of fast screen changing device, butalso effectively prolongs screen changing time.

4.The die head adopts central material feeding type spiralrunner three(five)-layer coextrusion die head.The material is highquality carbon steel.Through several chanels of heat treatmenttechnology, its deformation decreases greatly.

5.Hauling roller and coiling roller are conducted dynamicbalancing test, rectifying, and accurate grinding prcessing.

6.It adopts inserting plate folding mode, which can effedctivelydecrease hauling frame''s volume, reduce space and lower purchasingcosts.
