TSAI HUNG's pulverizing system was developedfor the pulverizing of various types of plastic material, rubber,plants, grains and mineral such as HDPE, MDPE, LDPE, PVC and otherthermoplastics into rotomoulding powders. This unit can besuccessfully pulverized not only virgin material, but also recycledmaterial from production waste. Pulverization of thefeed material takes place on fixed and rotating disc. The materialis sucked out of the mill by a fan and is then conveyed to acyclone. Through the roll loading valve, the powder is onto aspecial screening machine. Any resulting oversized particles arereturned automatically to the mill for repulverization. The finishpowder is bagged.
