Clamping Unit
This model of precision injectionmolding machine is a new hybrid electricity and oil with high-speedinjection and close loop system. Injection Unit
Injectio unit applied ACservo-motor to feed materials, matching MOOG close-loop highrespondence servo valve and accumulator, the screw rotation speedduring feeding materials can be 356 RPM, the maximum injectionspeed can be 600mm / sec, the tolerance of injection and chargespeed is less than -0. 1% and the tolerance of injeciton positionis -0. 1mm. The precision of setting position is 0. 05mm, theprecision of controlling time is 0. 01 sec, the tolerance ofproduct weight is less than 0. 1% . The precision of back pressureand hold pressure control is 10. 5% . Generally speaking, theprecision and stabilization are almost on same lever as allelectric injection machiens to be suitable for producing super thinparts and products of micro-complicate precision.
Special Function
This model of machine alsohave the function of multi-stages injection-press, which can besuitable for the products of large area thin wall under lowpressure of molding.
