Perfect for Molding 5Gallon (20L) Returnable Containers
Therigid, stable injection clamp mechanism enables the accurateproduction of very thick walled preforms required for theproduction of heavy, large returnable containers. Additionally, theinjection unit capacity is optimized for the very large shot size,conditioning and blow stations include special features, and heatsetting during PET blow molding provides optimal heat resistancerequired for returnable containers. As a result, these machines areperfect for the production of 5 gallon returnable bottles in PET orPC, with or without handles. Where a higher heat resistance isrequired in large, returnable PET bottles, downstream processingequipment can be added*1.

BeautifulContainers
In theone-step process, stunningly clear containers can be blow molded byusing the residual heat from the injection molding process.Containers molded by either extrusion blow molding or the two-stepre-heat process can never achieve the same levels of visualquality. Precision injection molding of the neck provides a perfectsealing surface and smooth bore preventing any possibility ofleakage. In addition, the injection molding process ensures noproblems with flash on the base or neck resulting in beautifullyclear and perfectly formed containers.
Reduced PowerConsumption
By re-designing themachine hydraulic system, the power consumption of the ASB-650EXHSv2 has been reduced by 25%*1 from the previousmodel.
