Description:
The material feed shall be complete tyresafter taking off bead ring and all kinds of tread slabs tyresshould be cut into pieces before feeding, the shredder shallprocess and deliver out put in chips of 50mm-wide strips or 50×50mmshivers. The capacity is approximate 1000-2000 kg/hr, dependingupon the capacity of the shredder. The shredder is complete withfeeding and delivery conveyors. STRUCTURAL FEATURES: The shreddingchamber is closely mated with the left-hand drive. The power willbe effectively transmitted to the cutter shaft. The cutter consistsof blade and hook(s). The function of hooks is to catch tires. Theshredding chamber is a combined structure and the cutter shaftadopts rolling bearings, which is convenient for both installationand maintenance. The cylinder sieve will repeatedly send thoseunqualified chips or shivers back to the shredding chamber, whilewhose qualified ones will be let out of the sieve. Theconfiguration of the shredder is structurally compact andpractically collocated. It is easy and reliable to operate andconvenient for both installation and maintenance. APPLICATION: Themachine is applicable for breaking up complete bias or radial(steel) whole tyres.
