Acai is an antioxodant rich fruit that is wild harvested in the Amazon rainforest. Upon gathering, the pulp must be quickly extracted and frozen in order to preserve the fruits array of healthy properites. Our acai puree is of the highest quality. We only work with one manufacturer and he has been working with the acai fruit in various forms for over 30 years. This product has is pasteurized, and is certified kosher and organic. The best time to purchase acai is from July to December. This is the harvest season for the fruit. We suggest to all of our clients to buy during this period.
