Camellia oil (Latin name,Camellia oleifera seed oil) is also called camellia seed oil. It is refined from camellia tree seeds.The procedure of producing camellia oil is: unshelling, drying, grinding, squeezing and filtrating, using purely physical methods.It is a natural organic cooking oil. It does not contain cholesterol, aflatoxins or other additives. It is proved that Camellia oil has more than 90% unsaturated fatty acid, 80-83% oleic acid ,7-13% linoleic acid.
