The One Step Test for CK-MB/cTnI/Myo (colloidal gold) is intended for use together with the FIA8000 Quantitative Immunoassay Analyzer (FIA8000). The product employs colloidal gold immunochromatogrphy to determine CK-MB/cTnI/Myo in human serum, plasma, or whole blood specimens. Two set of mixed monoclonal antibodies are employed to identify CK-MB/cTnI/Myo specifically, resulting in three purplish red streaks appear on the test lines. The color intensity of each test line increases in proportion to the concentrations of CK-MB/cTnI/Myo respectively.Then insert test card into the FIA8000 Quantitative Immunoassay Analyzer, the concentration of CK-MB/cTnI/Myo is measured quantitatively and displayed on the screen. The result can be transmitted to the lab or hospital information system.
