Tianjin De-Sail Marine Engineering Tech. Co., Ltd. (hereinafter called DS) was founded in May, 2002. The head office is located in Tanggu, Tianjin, China.



DS is engaged in ship and offshore engineering design (both detail and shop design), shipbuilding (mainly in working boat), workmanship engineering, technical service for shipyard, material and equipment procurement, commissioning, test and trial for ship (for both ship owner and shipyard).



DS has two main departments:

-Ship & Offshore Design Department: located in Tianjin, having six main sections, such as Hull and Offshore Structure, Outfitting & Accommodation and HVAC, Piping, Mechanical and Electrical department

-Construction Department: located in Tianjin and Shandong, mainly participating in engineering site services, construction project management and subcontract part of ship construction



DS has certified ISO 9001:2000 Quality Management System by DNV since Oct., 2003. Our Quality Control and Assurance System is based on DNV Class.
