Our company was established in 1983 and was reorganized as a share-issuing enterprise on the basis of Zhengzhou Shaolin Auto Factory in 1997 and is mainly engaged in the manufacture, sale, service and import and export of automobile products and spare parts. Our company has already developed into a Chinese Key Bus Manufacturing Enterprise with specialized independent research and development ability and large-scale production and automatic test. Our company has 5 product series, including large & middle road buses, traveling buses, city buses, new energy buses and special vehicles and is able to produce more than 10000 units of Shaolin Brand large & middle buses every year. In 2003, Shaolin buses were assessed as National Customer Satisfied Products and Henan Famous Products. In 2004, large and medium buses of Shaolin brand won the title of China Top Brand. In 2006, large Shaolin bus production base was completed and put into production. In 2007, we got the qualification to produce chassis and our large and medium buses won the title of China Top Product once again. During 2008, though experiencing the transition from Euro.
