We purchase raw materials from nearby suppliers and establish long term supply agreements with these suppliers, which greatly lowers our transportation cost and the purchasing cost of our raw materials. In addition, we have just purchased land to build a new plant for specialized and large-scale production, which will further lower the production cost of our products.
