Our own the entire LED manufacturing process in-house 22,000Square meter ;

complete LED production process from original Semiconductor , LED chip,

die and wire bonding to encapsulation, insertion and wave soldering.

Throughout the process, professional integraph scan,adjust brightness,

amend angles , white balance, vibration and aging tests waterIP65 standards;



Test process :

Brightness / Luminance, waterproof, Hi-pot, earth ground test, etc.

QC-7 step process , Final Quality Assurance Outgoing Quality Control.



3):Training

Free of charges in our workshop, training including operation,installation,

maintenance, system set up, equipment protection .

Free of charges, Online support , phone .
