Jiangsu province, which belongs to the heart of Yangtse River Delta
Economic Zone, about 160 kilometers to Shanghai city.
Gaia is a high-tech and R&D-oriented company, based on
international advanced techniques and creative producing equipments
for developing, producing, marketing and service on inorganic
additive masterbatch, white masterbatch, polyolefin functional
masterbatch and modified compound masterbatch.
Gaia covers 10000 square meters of structural area and it is the
only Chinese manufactory which has international advanced extrusion
producing system, use loss-in-weight balance and split-feeder,
annual output is more than 10,000 tons.
Since 2006 Gaia Team began to cooperate with Swiss company OMYA,
the largest calcium carbonate manufactory with more than 120 years
producing history. The strategic cooperation between OMYA and Gaia
pushed high quality inorganic additive masterbatch into the Chinese
market.
2007, Gaia pushed super-white CaCO3 additive masterbatch into the
Chinese market, it can be used to make milk white injection barrel
and blowmolding container.
2010, Gaia made deeper cooperation with OMYA, we began to use
loss-in-weight balance and split-feeder extrusion production
system. Their advantages: accurate formula, high degree of
automation and less human factors, then we can supply stable
quality products.
2011, Gaia pushed EB series transparent masterbatch into the
market, it can be used to blow LDPE film.
2011, Gaia improved EC11BJ on the base of old formula and pushed it
in Chinese market. EC11BJ can be used in the PP injection barrel,
it has better dispersion and fluidity property. It also can
increase toughness and strength. EC11BJ is more suitable for
