In-house production
At Beijing Stronger Rich's Building Department, we produce our plywood in-house, from the wood to the finished products. We have our own forestry center, which is 30 million square meters large. We produce core plates and glue by ourselves too. Our factory is 35,000m2, and equipped with eight advanced production lines. Its daily capacity is 21,000m2 of plywood. And, six new production lines will be completed in Oct. 2009. This will double our capacity to 42,000m2 per day.

Stable quality
Since we produce three important raw materials -- wood, core plates and glue -- in-house, we can control quality very well. And, we take additional steps to ensure high quality. The surface of our plywood is dipped in PVA and waterproof resin. This is good for enhancing the waterproofing and alkali-resisting properties of our products. Our plywood differs from normal plywood, because it doesn't shrink when dry and expand when wet. The surface is very smooth, so after we remove the plywood, the concrete is also smooth.

Temperature, pressure control
We use numerical control technology to provide high temperatures and high pressure when laminating the wood. So, our plywood is well formed and resists deformation and cracking. Our plywood can be re-used many times.
