By effectively utilizing natural materials such as those used in
picked vegetables, we develop, manufacture, and sell fermented
foods that are as friendly to people as they are to the
environment. We have dedicated production equipment for each of our
products, including powdered seasonings, dried malt rice, mature
malt rice, and mature rice bran.
We have recently achieved the number one market share in Japan in
powdered pickling ingredients. In addition, we have been able to
continually offer a higher quality, traditional Japanese, dried
malt rice than any other company, with our unique production
technology and hygiene management.
Furthermore, we have begun to focus on the development and
manufacture of healthy and functional food products in recent
years. We are proud to offer our customers high quality products
that utilize the power of microorganisms in delicious powdered
drinks containing lactic acid bacteria that can be mixed with milk
or vegetable juice, malt rice, and naturally developed bread
improvement agents.

We acquired the international standard for environmental management
systems 'ISO14001' certification in July, 2001.
One 3 occasions, in 2008, 2009, and 2011, we acquired the principal
product line international standard of food safety management
systems 'ISO22000' certification.
