II-VI Technologies (Beijing) Co., Ltd was established in 2004 as a subsidiary of II-VI Incorporated. Before 2006, II-VI Technologies focused on serve II-VI divisions worldwide in developing business relations with Chinese suppliers, customers and partners. After 2007, II-VI Technologies specializes in Laser Technologies, crystal and TECs. In 2011, II-VI Technologies took over total Laser business from the joint venture company which was established by II-VI Incorporated and Beijing Supower. Then, II-VI Technologies established our subsidiary compaly--Beijing Lasertech Co., Ltd., which focuses on Manufacturing Laser Cutting Machines. All of the exportation businesses of the Laser Cutting Machines are operated by II-VI Technologies.
