Royal Musical Instrument (Shanghai) specializes in the R&D, production and sales of metal body resonator guitars, acoustic guitars and electric guitar parts. Our other products are dobro guitars, ukuleles, parlors and mandolins.

Around 80 to 84 percent of our production is exported to various countries around the world. Our production is backed by our three factories:

• Resonator guitar factory (MAO Factory) that covers an area of 410 square meters and is manned by eight master craftsmen including two engineers with 12 years of experience. Monthly production capacity is 200 units.

• Acoustic guitar factory that covers an area of 2,780 square meters and is manned by 40 workers. Monthly production capacity is 1,000 units.

• Electric guitar factory that covers an area of 2,200 square meters and is manned by 25 workers who utilize advanced automatic machines. Monthly output is 2,500 guitar parts.
