Now we have been in business for more 10 years, our products O-Ring/Silicone Watch Strap/Silicone Keypad/Rubber Seal Products/Compression mould/Injection Mould are well-known in industries. Our manufacturing is founded in 1999, located in LongGang District of ShenZhen. Now we have 800 employees, factory area is 15, 000 square meters. Factory achieved ISO9000 and QS9000 accreditation in 2005.



Our capabilities and services:



1. Compression Mold Design&Making and Rubber Products Molding. We have more than 600 workers with three shifts on rubber working shop, We have below equipments on rubber products:

Compression Molding Machine: 42 PCS(100~350 Tons)

Rubber Injection molding Machine: 4 PCS(400~600 Tons)

Material Mixing Roller: 4 PCS

Cryogenic De-Flash Machine: 2 sets

Post-Cure Equipment: 8 sets



2. Liquid Rubber Injection Mold and Products Design&Making, now we have 4 PCS rubber injection machines and 4 PCS liquid silicone injection machines, our liquid silicone injection working shop is clean room, suit for making silicone components of medical device.



3. Printing: We have dust free printing room and 50 all kinds of printing machines, 80 all kinds of delivery ties and drying machines. We have more than 100 workers with three shifts to print 180, 000 units daily.



4. Painting: We have strictly controlled dust free room, with 2 robot painting lines and other drying machines. We have around 60 workers with 3 shifts to paint 50, 000 units daily.
