Established in 1985, Fujian Jinjiang Chengda Gear specializes in producing various kinds of gears, which are exported to different countries and regions worldwide. We have two ISO/TS 16949:2009- and ISO 9001:2000-certified factories covering a total area of 15, 000 square meters and housing 2,000 production lines outfitted with two CNC gear shaving cutter grinding machines from Germany, four-cut dry gear hobbing machines and a M&M gear measuring instrument from Gleason, straightening machines from Japan and two Marr profilers manned by 700 workers.

We have 83 QC auditors with two to 10 years of experience who ensure all our products with one year of warranty meet international standards. With more than 50 advanced test machines, including profilometers, 3D coordinate surveying machines, video instruments, length measuring instruments and roughness testers, we guarantee our products are of the highest quality.
