Zhangjiagang Yongxing Metal Industry Co., Ltd. Was established in 2006 and is located in zhangjiagang city, China which is very near to Shanghai. ZHANGJIAGANG YONGXING METAL PRODUCTS Co., Ltd with ISO9001 certified. We are specializing in the production of galvanized steel coil and strip, ceiling suspension t-bar, prepainted steel and strip, cold rolled steel coil and strip, welded steel pipes and and drywall metal studs. And also trading mineral fibre ceiling board, gypsum board and magnesium oxide board, razor wire mesh and security wire, bamboo and wood flooring tiles and so on. We are exporting to over 45 countries all over the world now, such as Europe, south America, Russia, Ukraine, the Middle East, Africa and southeast Asia. Our annual export sale is over 50 million us dollars. We have 30 office workers and 150 producing workers, and have 3 hot DIP galvanizing producing lines and 25 sets of ceiling grid and metal studs producing machines. One welded steel pipes producing line and 3 sets of cold rolled machines.



For galvanized steel coil and strip, we have three hot DIP galvanized producing lines and our production ability is over 150 thousand tons per year. We can produce the thickness from 0.18mm to 4.0mm with the width from 35mm to 1250mm. We produce according to JIS 3302 standard with the materials of SPCC and Q195, Q235 and so on, regular spangle or zero spangle, chromated and oiled or unoiled. Zinc coating from z50 to z270 according to customer request is available. For the gi strip, it is mainly used for the production of various kinds of metal studs, ceiling grids and channels, welded pipes and others. For the wide coil, it is mainly used for the roofing and building.



For ceiling grid and drywall metal studs, we are having the experience for producing this product for over 10 years and we are the leading exporter of ceiling grid t-bar in China. We totally have 25 sets of producing lines for ceiling grid and metal studs, with the production ability of: Ceiling t-bar of 30 containers per month and metal studs of 45 containers per month. For ceiling t-bar, we have 24mm grid and 15mm grid and also the grooved t-bar. For studs, we have UV75, CV75, UV50, CV50, CD60, ud27, furring channel and main channel. Thickness and length can be requested by the customer.



Prepainted steel coil: We produce it with thickness from 0.15mm to 0.80mm with width from 29mm to 1250mm. It is used for production of ceiling grids and making roofing. The color can be requested by customers with ral code.



Cold rolled steel coil is bright and annealed, with thickness from 0.18mm to 3.0mm and width from 45mm to 1250mm, and hardness from normal hrb 55 to hrb 68. We also can domestic and overseas as per customers' requirements.



Gypsum board, magnesium oxide board and mineral fibre board can be requested by customers for sizes and thickness. We are exporting many of this to south America, India and the Middle East now.



Security wire is our new products and we just established the factory to produce it this year. But we have exported it to many countries now, especially to Africa. We can produce about 400 tons of per month and the details are in the specification of products.
