The major investor is BOF Chemical Plant which has been engaged in production and sale of agrochemical products on the Chinese market since 1991.



In order to expand its overseas market, BOF associated with Zhejiang Jiahua Group setting up BOF Agrochemical Company in 2006. BOF Agrochemical Company exports not only the products of its own factory, but also those of some less-famous or small-sized agrochemical factories.
