Xi'an Saite Metal Materials Development Co., Ltd. (XSM) was established in 2000, with the registered capital of RMB 25 million. XSM is located in Economic & Technological Development Zone, Xi'an City, Shaanxi Province, China.



Relying on Northwest Institute for Nonferrous Metal Research Group (NIN), our biggest shareholder, XSM possess strong technology superiority and rich management experience.



In the end of 2011, our company has over 210 employees. Over 60% of our employees are technology staff members.



Up to now, there are over RMB 54 million assets and over 148 sets of instruments and equipment in XSM. Our consolidated income was nearly RMB 90million in 2011. XSM has an annual production ability of 550 tons of materials.



Since our establishment, XSM has become one of the professional companies that can R&D and produce Ni-Ti shape memory alloy (SMA) and titanium alloy bars and wires in China.



At present, XSM is concentrated in four areas which are Nitinol shape memory alloy materials and products, medical titanium alloy materials, machining parts of titanium alloy, and titanium crafts. In addition to these, we can supply high quality titanium alloy plates, wires, bars, rings, and discs.



Our products are exported to international market, such as America, Russia and Japan, and are widely used in aviation, aerospace, medical industry, glasses manufacture, traffic, petrochemical industry and automotive industry.



XSM has acquired ISO9001:2008 Quality System Certificate.



We have many special licenses and certificates for manufacture and operation such as Manufacturing License for titanium products.



Since our establishment, our company has successively undertaken many technical R&D projects and engineering research projects, which were given by National Technical Department, Shaanxi Province and Xi'an Municipal Government.



More than 10 scientific achievements and 4 patents have been gained.



Taking account of the long range development of our company, XSM has purchased a land covering 26400 square meters of area in Economic & Technological Development Zone, Xi'an City.
