Handan Iron & Steel Group Hengshui Strip Rolling Co., Ltd. is located in Hengshui City of Hebei Province, which is the cross site of Beijing-Jiulong Railway and Shijiazhuang-Dezhou Railway. As the state-owned large production enterprise of steel processing, we have 50 years' history of producing metallurgical products. We became the wholly-owned subsidiary of Hebei Iron and Steel Group after joining the Group in 2008.



Our company has a total asset of 770 million Yuan, and is staffed with 1,700 employees including more than 400 professional technicians in various fields. Our company possesses sophisticated equipment, advanced technologies, reliable quality products and complete detection and test methods. The annual production capacity of steel is 600 thousand tons. Our products are sold to more than 20 provinces and cities, and are exported to more than 10 countries and areas. We occupy a total area of more than 400mu (about 266,666sqm), with four main production mills of Cold Rolling Mill, Hot Rolled Welded Pipe Mill, Tinplate Mill and Qingdao Color-Coated Cold Rolled Sheet Mill. Our main products include cold rolled thin plates, tinplate, color-coated sheets, hot-rolled strip steel, welded steel pipes, aluminized products, mechanical products and electrical products, which are widely applied to fields like enamel, home appliances, automobiles, light industry, electronic instruments, raw materials for steel pipes, structural steel, pipes used in construction scaffold, water and coal gal conveyance and fire fighting.



Insisting on the principle of taking science and technology, our company has made a great stride in technical innovation, equipment transformation, and product optimization, especially our cold rolling production line of leading products covers 1050 rolling mills with the highest equipment in China. In this way, the thickness control accuracy of our products can be within 177-181mm. Our company is the first one to adopt devices, such as vacuum degreasers and roll gap meters at home, and we also adopt both the control system and the main hydraulic system, by which our products with high technology fill the gap at home and take the place of expensive imported products. At present, we have been developing a great many products with high added value such as ultra-thin deeply-coated plates, non coating-plating direct metal decorating plates and home appliance plates, of which the tinplate is with the thickness of 0.16-0.5mm. They become the competitive products, and the precision thin plates with thickness of 0.17mm have been exported all over the world.



Both the specification and quality of our products made with Qingdao color-coated plate production line have reached the domestic advanced level, and our color-coated plate used in home appliances and high-class buildings are sold to more than 20 provinces and cities at home.
