The firms management company - "Dneprotechservice" - was founded on December 18, 1992.



At the moment of its formation the company was engaged in rolled metal and ferrous metal pipes sale. The company became one of the key players in the pipe market. It created a network of storehouses and representative offices on the territory of Russian Federation and Belarus. In seven years after it was created, in 2000, "Dneprotechservice" started active consolidation of industrial enterprises majority shareholdings, it undertook responsibility for thousands of employees, for maintenance and development of enterprises of national importance. On the threshold of its tenth birthday "Dneprotechservice" built an integrated system -

"Dneprotechservice" scientific and production firm. The firm itself became the management company of a group of ukrainian machine-building enterprises - it determined the firms development strategy and made investments, formed and implemented unified standards and acted as the products delivery guarantor.
