Jiangyin South Stainless Steel Pipes Co., Ltd. is located in Qingyang Town, Jiangyin City, a famous historic city in the south of the Yangtze River, hometown of the distinguished traveler and geographer Xu Xiake living in the Ming Dynasty and an emerging port city, close to the golden water course Yangtze River, Shanghai-Nanjing Railway, Xinyi-Changxing Railway, Shanghai-Nanjing Expressway and Yanjiang Expressway.

Our company was founded in 1984 and now has fixed assets of RMB 120 million and an

area of 40, 000 m2. We obtained the production license of the Ministry of Metallurgy in 1992;

passed the reexamination of the Ministry of Metallurgy in terms of the production license

respectively in 1997, 2003 and 2004; successfully pass the annual sampling acceptance held

by the Provincial Technology Supervision Bureau; passed the ISO9001 in 2001 and the

reexamination each year; got the recognized certificates of DNV, ABS, GL, LR, BV, CCS, KR,

NK, etc in 2003; obtained the national special equipment manufacturing license in September

2007; and expanded our production specifications and capacity in October 2010 and regained

the national special equipment manufacturing license. Our other certificates include production

licenses of GB13296 boilers, stainless steel pipes for heat exchangers, GB9948 petroleum

cracking seamless steel pipes, GB5310 seamless steel pipes for high-pressure boilers,

Company Introduce

. Our main production equipment includes 12 cold-drawing production lines with the

specifications of 5T, 10T, 20T, 40T, 60T, 100T, 300T and 800T, with which produce cold-drawn

products with a diameter ranging from 6 mm to 760 mm and a wall thickness from 0.5mm to

70 mm. in order to provide more precision cold-rolled stainless steel pipes, we invested RMB 90

million more in building a new plant and purchasing seven 30-cold rolling mills, three 60-cold

rolling mills, a 110-cold rolling mill and a 280-cold rolling mill, with which we produce high

precision stainless steel pipes with a diameter ranging from 19 to 760mm and a wall thickness

from 1 to 70mm, reaching international leading level. We also produce products according to the

A312, A213, A269, A789 and A790 standards of ASTM, SB677 SB423, SB705, SB729 standards of

ASME, as well as German EN10216-5, EN10305, DIN17456, DIN17458 and Japanese JIS G3459,

JIS G3463 standards.

At present, we have 150 employees including 10 engineers and technicians and 15

full-time inspectors. With an annual production capacity of more than 15, 000 tons of cold-drawn

and cold-rolled stainless steel seamless steel tubes, our company is the first precision stainless

steel pipe manufacturer in East China. The products are applicable to aerospace, aviation,

marine, petroleum, chemicals, instruments, machinery and other industries. Austenitic stainless

steel, duplex stainless steel and high nickel alloys are our featured products.
