Casting and melting adopts production mode of direct smelting by American medium frequency furnace. Pouring is finished by multi-stage centrifugal machine and automatic stand-alone. Chemical constituents are tested by metallographical atlas analysis instrument, Rockwell apparatus, multi-purpose material tester, abrasion tester, etc. Our cylinder sleeve materials mainly include vanadium titanium cast iron, high phosphorus cast iron, chromium boride cast iron, chromium molybdenum copper cast iron, etc.



As to heat treatment, we can provide alramenting, tufftriding and nickeling according to customers' demands.



As to machining, with lots of CNC, HTC lathes (0.01mm beat from supporting shoulder to waist belt) and 10 Germany NAGEL/GEHRING honing machines (0.008mm inner hole cylindricity), the company can process flat table liners and honing liners of Steyr, Perkins, Cummins, Aiweier, Witzenmann, Deutz, etc., meeting the discharge standard of Europe 3 to cylinder sleeve.
