We continuously update our production equipment to meet business needs. Our company has already equipped with 8 sets of automatic die bonders, 60 sets of semi-automatic wire bonders, 5 sets of automatic wire bonders and 20 sets of sorting machines. Our annual output increases from 2,000,000pcs to 50,000,000pcs.
