Founded in 2003, Jiangyin Sanliang Auto Parts Industrial Co., Ltd. covers a land area of over 100,000 square meters and has more than 500 staff members. Our company is located in the National Charming City, situated in the economically developed Yangtze River Delta. Lying on the southern bank of the mighty Yangtze River, with Shanghai to the east, Wuxi & Taihu Lake within easy reach in the south, the ancient city - Nanjing to the west and Jing-Hu Expressway, Hu-Ning Expressway & Yan-Jiang Expressway easily accessible and leading to all parts of the country, our company enjoys developed transportation as well as prosperous local economy.

Our company mainly produces various types of flaps used for automobile tyres and a variety of complete rubber mixtures. We have four 270L banbury mixing production lines, three 160L banbury mixing production lines, twelve 75L banbury mixing production lines, over 100 vulcanizing machine units specially used for flap manufacturing, and five flap extruding production lines. We have an annual production capacity of 12 million various kinds of tyre flaps as well as 100000 t/yr of complete rubber mixtures.

Our company has introduced such internationally advanced testing facilities as electronic tensile testing machine, fatigue tester, automatic extractor, constant-temperature drying cabinet, ageing box, rotorless curometer, automatic Mooney viscosity apparatus, petroleum product kinematic viscosity measuring instrument, flash point tester, refractometer, and rubber durometer.
