Directly from the experience of an ancient noble sicilian family we still produce raw materials in our organic agricoltural farm in the lands of Siracusa and Messina. We personally join all the phases of production in order to offer only the highest quality products. Actually we're able to offer quite 50 different references ranging from pesto and pate under extra virgin olive oil to pickles under extra virgin olive oil, pasta drawn with bronze, honey, sweet cream, organic extra virgin olive oil, and so on.We 're trying to re discover ancient sicilian kitchen tastes and flavours and to reach this porpouse, we have to use only real sicilian raw materials the only that allows us to create the best possible quality.
