In 1988 we began our journey, from the hand of Bruno Perez
Brito, who rescues the most genuine recipe for Mojo Palmero.
Gradually and always with utmost to maintain the authenticity, have
joined other products such as Salmorejo Ali Oli and Almogrote and
Bienmesabe, etc. .. Sweet Figs
We present our products at fairs in Tenerife, Gran Canaria and so
on.
Given the demand to have our products in the early nineties, it was
decided to go further and incorporate the technology to production,
automating the entire process. With this addition is achieved
perfect symbiosis and not always easy between tradition and new
technologies.
This effort is rewarded by obtaining various awards including the
Award Journal of Reviews under their Crafts and Food 1996 or Mojo
Award Best in Fair Food Canary 2002, among others.
All these changes undertaken and awards obtained allow us to reach
wider markets and demanding, and establishing partnerships with
other companies to sound new markets (Miami USA 1998) or commercial
distribution agreements (Venezuela - Caracas 1999). In the same
vein attended international fairs in Spain (Barcelona - Food) and
abroad as the fair of Brno in the Czech Republic (1998), food fair
in Poznan in Poland (1999), SIAL in Paris in 2000.
Currently our products are sold in retail chains nationwide and
internationally.
