Zhejiang DBD Bearing Co., Ltd. is located in the international famous Qiantang Tide senery, Jieshi Town, Haining, which is among Shanghai, Hangzhou, Suzhou, and Ningbo. Our location is close to Hu-Hang Highway, Su-Jia-Zuo Highway, and Hangzhou Bay Cross-sea Bridge. It takes only one hour from our company to Shanghai, Hangzhou, Suzhou, and Ningbo, with convenient transportation and advanced environment condition. Our company is a National Grade 2 Enterprise, and a middle size machine industry enterprise. At present, our company has more than 200 employees, almost RMB70 million total capital, and 56,070 square meters manufacturing area. Our annual output capacity is 5,000,000 units, in more than a thousand categories. We have introduced the most advanced embedded grinding lines in China, and high precision bearing production lines and inspecting instruments imported from Japan, UK, and Germany. Our primary products include: low noise trench ball bearing, single row/double row precise main shaft bearing, roller bearing, British non-standard bearing, stainless steel bearing, automobile hub bearing, clutch bearing, and magneto bearing. In recent years, according to the market demand, we have developed several new series, such as thin-section bearings, hybrid ceramic ball bearings, full ceramic ball bearings, PEEK plastic bearings, TAC series precise screw bearings, slewing bearings, and etc. Our products are widely applied for automobiles, motorcycles, micro-motors, precision instruments, machine tools, weaving machines, power tools, robots, spacecrafts, ships, medical equipments, home appliances, and etc. Therefore, our products are both selling well in domestic market, and exported to more than dozen countries and regions, such s U.S., UK, France, Germany, Canada, Italy, Southern-east Asia, and etc.
In Jan. 1996, our company was awarded the Quality System Registration Certificate issued by CQC, which is the first company in Zhejiang bearing industry. By far, our company has been successively authorized by ISO9000 and ISO14000 system certificates. Moreover, we have been cooperating with Zhejiang University to establish the Zhejiang University Haining Rolling Bearing Technological Developing Center, so that our company has developed to be the first high-tech bearing manufacturing base in Zhejiang.
