(1) ZHEJIANG HOSHINE SILICON INDUSTRY CO., LTD.

Established in 2005, Zhejiang Hoshine Silicon Industry Co., Ltd. (originally named Zhejiang Hesheng Silicon Industry Co., Ltd.) is a subsidiary of Ningbo Hesheng Group. Located in the New Material Industry Park of Jiaxing Harbor District, Zhejiang, China, the centric area of Yangtze River Delta, it enjoys good transportation facilities with an hour's drive from Shanghai, Hangzhou and Ningbo.

With a registered capital of USD73,435,329, the company covers 350 thousand square meters and has more than 800 employees at present. It is now a high-tech company specializing in the R&D, production and sale of silicon-based new material. Hoshine Silicon has a good cooperation with many relative universities and institutes for researching of silicon series products. Its Phase I Project of 80kt/a equipment of organosilicon monomer was established in 2006 and Phase II Project of the same equipment was completed in the end of 2010, which allows Hoshine Silicon being one of the top manufacturer of organosilicon monomer in China.

(2) HEIHE HOSHINE SILICON INDUSTRY CO., LTD.

As a wholly owned subsidiary of Zhejiang Hoshine Silicon Industry Co., Ltd., Heihe Hoshine Silicon Industry Co., Ltd. was established in 2006 with a registered capital of RMB 200 million. It covers 220 thousand square meters and has more than 1000 employees right now. Heihe Hoshine Silicon specializes in producing chemical grade silicon metal and mainly provides silicon metal #421 and #411. Having twelve (12) furnaces of 12600KVA, its annual output of silicon metal reaches 100 thousand metric tons.

(3) XINJIANG WESTERN HOSHINE SILICON INDUSTRY CO., LTD.

Registered on Dec. 16th, 2009, Xinjiang Western Hoshine Silicon Industry Co., Ltd. is located in Shihezi, Xinjiang, China with a registered capital of RMB 150 million. It engages in the production and sale of silicon metal, organic silicon and silicon intermediates.

Seven matching projects are included. The
