The company was founded in 2008 by Dr Ya Cai, a leading expert in this field, together with a team of experienced scientists and engineers. An angel fund investment of USD 10million was obtained from 3 ventures.



The company is composed of a trade and business company in Shanghai, an individual R&D company in Shanghai and a manufacturing base in Huangshan. The R&D Company is equipped with a full range of laboratory facilities complying with the EU and the USA standards, and complete and sophisticated instrumentation. The manufacturing base consists of two modernized tea factories and a newly-built herbal extract processing factory. We have a devoted and professional technical team with outstanding expertise and experience. They used to work in the R&D of multinational companies, and have been engaged in tea and herb innovation for a long time with proven track-records of success.
