UHU, one of the major manufacturers of concrete admixtures in China, was established in Huairou, Beijing. It is specialized in concrete admixtures'' research, manufacturing, and distribution. The company has four manufacturing locations in China and is one of the key businesses in China exporting concrete superplasticizers. MUHU produces over 70 products, including high range water reducer, set accelerators, set retarders, anti-freezing products, etc.. These products are widely used in industrial and civil engineering, public infrastructure, hydraulic electricity engineering, and concrete ready-mix products. In addition, the company produces coatings, glues and water-proofing materials as well. MUHU products have been used in many national projects.

MUHU is the member of China National Concrete Admixtures Association,China National Coatings Industry Association, and China National Adhesives Industry Association. In 2004, the company built the MUHU Industrial Park in He-Fang-Kou. To launch the internatinoal business, the company made a strategic change and structured the leadership in 2008. MUHU set up the sister business MUHU China Construction Materials Co., Ltd, and two production center in Zibo and Qinhuangdao.
